Jets nurture Grade 6 to Year 8’s at a time when a lot is changing in their life outside of gymnastics. Having consistency amongst these changes means they learn commitment, multitasking and focus! Our Grade 6 to Year 8 classes improve fitness, flexibility, and strength in a fun and high-energy environment. We encourage them to bend, flip, turn and leap into new challenges and into life. We will gently guide them out of their comfort zone to try new things and increase their sense of self-belief as young adolescents.
