The Devlin family has proudly owned Jets Gymnastics since 2020. Managing Director James Devlin (left) has always been passionate about making a positive impact in both the sport and the community. With three children who have thrived at the club, he has seen firsthand how a positive coaching approach builds confidence—not just in gymnastics but in school, sports, and life. As the author of A Positive Coaching Movement, James has been the driving force behind the "Positive Gymnastics Movement," which remains at the core of everything Jets stands for.
Sarah Bowley (right), Executive Director, plays a key role in the daily operations of Jets' newest location, which opened in July 2024 in her hometown of Western Australia. With a mission to expand the positive impact of gymnastics in her community, Sarah's two daughters now compete at the highest level, proudly representing Team Jets in the squad program.
The love for gymnastics runs deep in the Devlin family. James and Sarah's parents, Jan and Jack, were the ones who first introduced the sport to their family. Jan’s extensive experience contributing to Australia’s top sporting schools programs is just one of the many ways this family has made an impact. Today, Jan and Jack continue to be an integral part of Jets, managing "Jan & Jack’s Café" at the Neerabup location.
CEO Tim and General Manager Aley have been part of the Jets journey since the beginning, working alongside the family to support and strengthen their vision. Together, they have helped shape the club’s strong values and continue to foster an environment where children grow into happy, kind, confident, and empowered members of the community—all while having fun. Their leadership ensures that staff feel supported, inspired, and valued as they make a positive impact at Jets.
