Teenage Girls Fitness

Teenage Girls Fitness is a Gymnastics Based fitness program for girls in their teens.

Classes involve Warm Ups and Stretching followed by core and general strengthening activities. Gymnastics skill learning is then performed on all gymnastics equipment including trampolines, bars, beams, floor.

What better way to keep fit than by having fun at Jets.
