Acro Dance

The Acro Dance Program is designed to improve on acrobatic skills required for dancers and calisthenics. Acro Dance focuses on a wide range of gymnastic elements including strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and acrobatic elements.

Gymnasts are well known for their amazing acrobatic skills Specific strength and flexibility programs will assist the dancers and callisthenics to become more capable of attempting skills.

The class will involve the use of gymnastic based skills and conditioning to develop physical abilities and spacial awareness. Cartwheels, Leaps, Jumps, Walkovers, Handstands, Rolls, and Turns are just some of the skills that will be enhanced by AcroDance.
